  • Her sons miss their father as much as their mother, and Madhuri says she won't have it any other way.

  • Is settled in the US, but wants her kids to maintain ties with India and know her status as a former Indian superstar.
  • Madhuri admits that she doesn't like the glam way of life, and won't expose her kids to it.
  • Accepts that her children fight with each other, but believes, that sibling rivalry will subside over the years.
  • Wants her sons to become best of buddies.
Sibling rivalry is perfectly normal. Parents have to know how to keep the balance between both their children, while stressing who is right in a certain situation.

Dr Vaidyanathan's nugget!

i. To avoid sibling rivalry, never compare your children or make them compete with each other.

ii. Even if a child has a fight with his sibling, make sure that s/he gets a chance to make up on his/her own. If not, tell your child why it is important to forgive and love the sibling.
